Pride Portland will be hosting its annual elections!

Where: We will be in the same building as the ECC but in the space formally occupied by the Center for Electronic Music. We’ll have signs so you can’t miss it.

Who: The elections are open to the public, however, only members (folks who volunteered at least two hours between last year’s election and 8/18) are eligible to vote in the election. If you’d like to become a member between now and then shoot us a message we’d love to have you!

Positions: There are many positions up for election this year. We’ll post detailed descriptions of the positions shortly. In the meantime the positions up for election are:

• Vice-chair

• Festival Committee Lead

• Events Committee Lead

• Outreach & Advisory Committee Lead

• Accessibility Committee Lead

• Main Stage Committee Lead

• Membership Committee Lead

If you don’t see a position that seems quite right for you don’t worry. There will be numerous sub-committees that we’ll need help with so stay tuned for more info on that.
